Coaching Services on offer;

1.  Telephone Coaching – £40 per hour

Sometimes life is too busy that a phone Coach is the preferred option.

2.  Face-to-Face Coaching – £60 per hour

We would meet at a convenient location and work on whatever you required.  Some individuals prefer the face-to-face interaction so that they make a commitment to take action.

3.  Email Support – £100 per month

This is ideal for the extremely busy person who cannot meet with me, based on geographical location.  Email support is offered to help provide help and support.

Business Consultant Services on offer;

1.  Flexible Business Coaching – Price on enquiry

Flexible business advice offered to support an SME or Start-Up business.  This option is considered an outsourced HR function, business goals would be set and functional activity targets would be implemented, monitored and feedback provided to management.

Social Media Services on offer;

1.  Social Media Consultant – £30 per hour

Setting-up and/or managing your social media networking tools on a monthly basis.  Monthly packages are available – please ask for information.

2.  Social Media PC Training – £40 per hour

Learn how to use the tools yourself, shared PC screen remote access.  Secure, fast and effective web training.
